STEP #1
A cardio workout for cardio-vascular system strengthening, muscle building, and thorough work on problem body areas. The degree of load suits beginners and those who are advanced.

Workout regimen - 3 days a week.


Do this workout to help your vessels and capillaries deliver blood and oxygen to the problem areas of your physique. It will set the active FAT-BURNING process in motion. "Muscles are growing, and the fat is disappearing!" - this is our goal. As a bonus, with this workout, you will be left in a great mood and full of energy throughout the day.
STEP #2
A "Calories-Protein-Fats-Carbs calculation" checklist.

Another element of the program that will help you to shape your full nutrition for a robust skeleton (goodbye, osteoporosis!), thick hair, and stunning skin. It is accomplished through a fat, protein, and carb balance. Put your weight, height, and age into the calculations and you will receive your personal beauty formula for every day.
STEP #3
A 10-minute set of yoga exercises for emotional well-being stabilization, cortisol control, and losing extra pounds at a comfortable, relaxed pace. A workout regimen that you can do every day.

Do this set of exercises if you have medical contraindications to intense cardio training.

If there are no contraindications, then do it as an addition to your main set of exercises. This activity lifts your skin, strengthens the nervous system, and makes the contours of your body perfect!
STEP #4
A habit tracker will be used to record your results so you can be proud of how MUCH you are doing for your health and beauty.

Become your own motivation. You are doing so great! Keep a habit tracker for every day and use it to mark down new healthy habits.
